Your chronotype is your body's natural preference for sleep and wake timing. It's largely genetic — fighting it is exhausting; working with it is liberating.

Our 6-animal model maps both chronotype tendency (early vs. late) and sleep quality. Find the animal that best fits you, and adjust your schedule accordingly.

FAQ

Can I change my chronotype?
Modestly. Light exposure, exercise timing, and sleep hygiene can shift you ~1-2 hours. Forcing a bigger change tends to backfire.
Is being a Night Owl unhealthy?
Only when your schedule clashes with your biology long-term (social jet lag). Owls can be healthy if society allows their rhythm.
Why are Dolphins so light-sleeping?
Dolphins (~10% of the population) have a real neurophysiological pattern — not a moral failing. Solid sleep hygiene helps the most.
