Can I change my chronotype?
Modestly. Light exposure, exercise timing, and sleep hygiene can shift you ~1-2 hours. Forcing a much bigger change tends to backfire.
Is being a night owl unhealthy?
Only when your schedule clashes with your biology long-term (the so-called social jet lag). Owls can be healthy if society allows their rhythm.
Why am I a Dolphin?
