FAQ

How is this different from MBTI's I/E?
MBTI gives you a binary I or E. This test splits the spectrum into 5 levels and shows your score in 5 dimensions — much finer-grained.
Is being an introvert worse than being an extrovert?
No. Both have strengths. Introverts excel in depth, focus, and one-on-one connection. Extroverts excel in networking, action, and team energy. Each has a "best context."
Can you change from i to e?
The biological baseline is hard to change, but social skills can be trained. Many "soft introverts" appear extroverted after years of practice — but they still need quiet to recover.
What does it mean to be an ambivert?
An ambivert isn't "half-i half-e," but "able to switch by situation." This is real flexibility, not a personality flaw.
How do I get along with the opposite type?
Key word: respect rhythm. Extroverts: respect introverts' need for alone time. Introverts: don't expect extroverts to enjoy long silences.
